As President of the Pittsburgh Steelers, it’s not just my job—my responsibility and privilege—to ensure that every fan who walks through our gates has an unforgettable experience.
Steelers football has always been about family. My grandfather, Art Rooney, started this team with a deep love for the game and this city. My father, Dan Rooney, carried that legacy forward by always putting the fans first. I feel that same responsibility today. I’m excited to share that before the 2025 season, we are making significant upgrades to Acrisure Stadium—because you deserve the best game-day experience possible.
We’ve listened to you, and we’re making changes that matter. From a brand-new, state-of-the-art video board that brings you closer to the action to more seating options so every fan can find the perfect spot to enjoy the game, we’re focused on enhancing your experience. Faster Wi-Fi will keep you connected, and we’re adding new food and drink options—including some of Pittsburgh’s local favorites—so you can enjoy the flavors of our city while cheering on your team.
Beyond game day, we’re also looking ahead to the future. We want Acrisure Stadium to be a place that delivers excitement and reflects our community's values. That’s why we’re investing in sustainability—introducing energy-efficient lighting, improving waste management, and making environmentally friendly choices to ensure our stadium is a place we can all be proud of for years to come.
